The Term “User” as used herein refers to the registered Job Seeker, The Term “Client” as used herein refers to those companies or employment agencies paying to use our Client based systems and The Term “website” as used herein refers to www.security-vacancies.net.
By using our website and systems you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use.
These Terms & Conditions may be amended from time to time by Harrier Recruitment Services Limited, at such times our online Terms & Conditions documents will be updated and an announcement to this effect will be placed on our about us page..
The contents of our website, such as text, graphics, images, logo’s and software that we have made available and any other information and material remains the property of Harrier Recruitment Services Limited, it’s business partners, or it’s clients. Unauthorised use of this material may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.
The software, applications and services offered by Harrier Recruitment Services Limited through our download pages, are protected by copyright, under no circumstances may these items be reproduced, distributed copied or modified without prior permission. Any person/entity found to be breaking this agreement will face prosecution.

Our website may be used for only lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers or recruiters seeking employees on behalf of their clients.

The client accepts that Harrier Recruitment Services Limited, shall not be liable for any failure to provide the services (or any part thereof) as a result of the Clients failure to comply with the contract.
The Client agrees to provide Harrier Recruitment Services Limited, in such a format as requested for design work, artwork and logos necessary to provide those services involving the provision of such detail on the website
Users
When you register with www.security-vacancies.net, you will be asked to provide certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address, your personal information and your Security Industry Association License Number. By submitting this information you agree for this information to be passed to third parties when applying for vacancies which they have advertised. When adding a CV to our systems you are presented with the option to make this information public. By choosing to make this information public you are agreeing to allow your CV to be made available for our clients to download in order for you to be considered for any possible vacancies, now or in the future.
Any user registering with www.security-vacancies.net who is found or believed to be using false and inaccurate information regarding the status and details of their SIA license when registering will have this information passed to the Security Industry Authority so that they may carry out any investigations in to any possible fraudulent activity.
Harrier Recruitment Services Limited will not disclose your information to any third parties without your consent, except to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant or as stated above.
As a user you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such content placed on the website retains any and all rights that may exist in such content.
CV Search Facility
Harrier Recruitment Services Limited can’t guarantee the minimum number of New Curriculum Vitae available on the system on any given day.
The client shall ensure that no automatic extraction software, to include such tools commonly known as spiders and robots or by any other means are engaged or deployed, whether on a temporary or permanent basis, or unless specifically requested by the Client and approved in writing by a Director of Harrier Recruitment Services Limited to facilitate the downloading or capturing of volume quantities of Curriculum Vitae from the databases provided by Harrier Recruitment Services Limited.
Any Curriculum Vitae or submitted information that is reported to contain false or inaccurate information will be suspended whilst Harrier Recruitment Services Limited carryout an investigation. Should an investigation support the allegation then the account will be deleted and the user, their details and their IP address will be blocked from our system, Should Harrier Recruitment Services Limited during the investigation discover that the Curriculum Vitae or information provided by a user contain inaccurate or false information that breaches any law, then all information and details registered on our systems will be reported and handed to the correct authorities.
In the event that Harrier Recruitment Services Limited has reason to believe that it’s Curriculum Vitae search facility is being abused by the Client, including but without limitation to the breach of this clause, Harrier Recruitment Services Limited, reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your contract.
The Liabilities of Harrier Recruitment Services Limited
Harrier Recruitment Services Limited provides www.security-vacancies.net as a web presence and a venue for employers and recruiters to display employment opportunities and for Job Seekers to display their Curriculum Vitae, Harrier Recruitment Services Limited does not screen or censor the listings offered on our systems. Harrier Recruitment Services Limited are not involved in the actual transaction between employers, Recruiters and Job Seekers. Harrier Recruitment therefore has no control over the quality, safety or legality or the Curriculum Vitae posted or the truth or accuracy of the information displayed the ability of the Employers, Recruiters to offer Employment opportunities to Job Seekers. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in to contact through Harrier Recruitment Services Limited and their website.
In the event that you have a dispute with one or more Users you release Harrier Recruitment Services Limited (and our employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed arising out of or in anyway connected with such disputes.
